How long does EcoFlow shipping take from NOVANEST?
- Order processing: 1–3 business days, usually within 1 business day.
- Carrier transit: approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days from order placement.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Product availability, destination, holidays, weather and carrier delays can affect timing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled directly from EcoFlow warehouses in the United States. The warehouse is selected based on stock availability and your delivery address, with the nearest available location used when possible.
Shipping cost and delivery area
Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or international destinations.
Tracking and separate packages
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Products and accessories may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability. Check each tracking number for its own delivery estimate.
Address changes, delays or damaged deliveries
For an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on fulfillment status and may not be possible after dispatch. If a package is delayed, check the carrier tracking and contact us with your order number. For shipping damage, keep the packaging and send photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
